William H. (Hank) Gordon, CEO

Mr. Gordon graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and while at Tech Mr. Gordon received several awards for athletic, military, and academic achievements, including the coveted “Monteith Award.” As an Airborne Ranger with the 1st Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam, he received multiple decorations for heroism in combat and was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds sustained in action. His unit in Vietnam received the coveted “Itschner Award” for being the best engineer unit in the U.S. Army. Mr. Gordon became a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in 1972. In 1976 he founded William H. Gordon Associates, Inc. (WHGA), where he managed and performed civil engineering services for more than $15 billion in site construction for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. While serving as CEO for GORDON, he was selected by Governor Wilder and again by Governor Allen to serve on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects (APELSLA).

Mr. Gordon was an original Founder and Chairman of the Engineers and Surveyors Institute which was the winner of the U.S. Senate’s “Gold Medallion Award” for productivity in the state of Virginia. Mr. Gordon was a Life Director of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association; a past member of Va Tech’s Civil Engineering Alumni Advisory Board; a past Director of George Mason Bank and United Bank. He is also a Distinguished Alumni for Va Tech’s Academy for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Kevin Krush, President

Mr. Krush graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1993. Mr. Krush has approximately 35 years’ experience in construction services. Mr. Krush provides the day-to-day construction operation management functions necessary to ensure that all goals for a specific project are achieved. His various responsibilities include creating project timelines; developing trade resources needed for a particular type of project; estimating associated construction costs; performing quality control and construction inspection services; and providing overall project management. Mr. Krush began his construction service career at the age of 17 by building houses during the summer months while in high school and in college. *It is noteworthy to point out that during his collegiate career, he was recognized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as a “Scholastic All-American” in basketball.
